What’s on the Menu
You’ll find a little bit of everything on the menu when you visit Red Eagle Distillery. The bourbon, rye, vodka, and brandy are aged to perfection. Vodka is made using grapes from the distillery’s very own vineyard, and their rye is a blend of Ohio-sourced rye, malted barley, and corn.
The cocktail menu here changes with each season, and you’ll also find ten rotating craft beers on top. While you can’t go wrong with any spirit at Red Eagle, you are missing out if you don’t take the opportunity to try their signature Red Maple. Red Eagle distills this one-of-a-kind spirit using locally sourced maple syrup from Bissell Maple Farm in Jefferson, Ohio.

The Distiller’s Dinner at Red Eagle is a dining event that only comes twice a year. Diners enjoy handcrafted cocktails along with a special three-course menu prepared by our farm-to-table restaurant, Crosswinds Grille. 2019 dates are Friday, February 8 and Friday, March 15.
