We are located directly across the street from The Lakehouse Inn. Our address is 5654 Lake Road East, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio, 44041.
APPOINTMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
We strongly recommend that you schedule spa appointments prior to your arrival at the Spa. Reservations are subject to availability and payment in full is charged at the time of booking. Additional charges, plus 20% gratuity, will be applied to the credit card on file at the time of service.

SPA CONSENT FORM
ARRIVAL/LATE ARRIVAL
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment to fill out our spa consent form for your service(s).
If you arrive late to your appointment your service may be rescheduled or shortened. Full price of original appointment will be charged.
PERSONAL PROPERTY/VALUABLES
Please remove any jewelry and other valuables before your spa visit. We are not responsible for any theft or loss of personal property, including jewelry or other personal items.
CANCELLATION
Treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance and no-show appointments will be charged in full.
DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?
Please notify our reservation department if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments or special needs, or if you are pregnant. These health considerations would affect your choice of services.
AGE REQUIREMENT
All spa guests must be 18 or older to schedule a treatment. Those ages 12-18 may schedule a facial with an accompanying adult. Under 18 scheduling a facial must have an adult sign a waiver.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Disrobe to the level of your comfort. Undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them during your treatment if you prefer. Our licensed therapists are trained to drape a sheet or towel over your body in a discrete manner, assuring your privacy at all times.

In consideration of our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phone before entering the spa.
