We are located directly across the street from The Lakehouse Inn. Our address is 5654 Lake Road East, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio, 44041.
Reservations
Booking spa appointments in advance to ensure the desired dates and times are highly recommended. All appointments will be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Spa appointments are reserved especially for you, so we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel your appointment.

Arrival
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment to fill out our spa consent form for your service(s). Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Payment
We are no longer accepting spa finder gift cards as of July 31st, 2020.
Valuables
Please remove any jewelry and other valuables before your spa visit. The Spa at The Lakehouse Inn will not be held responsible for misplaced or lost items.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be billed $50 per treatment should you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice. Failure to call or show for appointments will result in a 100% charge for reserved services.
Special Needs
When you make your reservation, please notify the spa attendant of your particular desires or needs or of any medical conditions you may have.
