Apple Wine 

One of our most popular wines, our Apple Wine is crafted with local apples and produced in small batches. Thixs wine features aromas of apple and flavors of green apple, maple and honey.  You’ll want to add this sweet white to your wine palate.

Vidal Blanc

Sweet white crisp wine, boasting notes of fresh fall apples, stone fruits & citrus.

Riesling

This sweet white wine has aromas of lychee, honeysuckle and melon and flavors of pineapple, peaches and honey. It pairs expertly with all of our five-star pasta dishes.

Pinot Grigio

Dry white, crisp Italian style wine boasting notes of grapefruit & citrus.  Perfectly compliments any summer day on the lake.

Chardonnay

Aged in neutral oak barrels for 10 months.  Aromas of apricot & pineapple.  Flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, grapefruit, citrus & mild oak.

Barile Fermantato Chardonnay

Creamy & well spiced in French and American oak with nuances of nuts to vanilla, layered with flavors of ripe pear and baked apple with a hint of buttered popcorn finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of spice, vanilla & oak.  Flavors of red fruits & oak with a finish of coffee & dark chocolate.  This wine is the perfect partner to a steak from NaKyrsie Meat

Pinot Noir

Aromas of dried cherries.  Flavors of vanilla & strawberries & sour cherries.

Double Wood Cabernet

Aged in French oak for 12 months, then aged in a whiskey barrel for 12 months. This technique gives the nose a smokey note a a warm finish.
