We are located directly across the street from The Lakehouse Inn. Our address is 5654 Lake Road East, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Ohio, 44041.
How do I make a spa reservation?
Booking spa appointments in advance to ensure the desired dates and times are highly recommended. Payment in full is charged at the time of booking. Additional charges, plus 20% gratuity, will be applied to the credit card on file at the time of service. Spa appointments cancelled more than 24 hours prior to arrival will be refunded.

SPA CONSENT FORM
When should I arrive for my spa reservation?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled spa appointment to fill out our spa consent form for your service(s). Arriving late will possibly interfere with your treatment time. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Is there a place to store valuables?
Please remove any jewelry and other valuables before your spa visit. The Spa at The Lakehouse Inn will not be held responsible for misplaced or lost items.
What is the spa cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. There will be no refund issued for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
Are there accommodations for special needs or injuries?
When you make your reservation, please notify the spa attendant of your particular desires or needs or of any medical conditions you may have.
